High Integrity Low Publicity: Research Performance of Professors in Indonesian State Islamic Universities

This study aims to analyze the performance of publihed research results by professors in three State Islamic Universities (UINs). By using descriptive–qualitative analysis and quantitative data reading, this analyzes outputs lecturers with a full professorship from January October 2019. The finds that most professor’s were not published whether forms books or scientific journal articles. 60% have lack understanding open system, which causes low level publication among them. One program is very effective helping them increase productivity publications assistance. well-versed information technology assistants help get familiar technology. adds existing literature regarding university professors, especially what factors hinder University Indonesia.
